Noosa

Well lunch on Sunday was really great. It was lovely seeing Leilani and catching up, cant believe how much has happend in the 7 weeks since we were in Thailand. Andy and Sarah has been to Brisbane to see the girls which was nice but we worked out they would be home now. I got to meet her parents too who seemed really nice. Her Dads a long distance teacher so all this kids he teaches live out in the sticks, cant get to school, are home schoolled or are travellers kids. Sounded very interesting. And they live in a Queenslander house which are fab!

I left Brisbane on tuesday and arrived here in Noosa yesterday night...Tuesday night. Just in time for some heavy showers and a PJ Party. Which was cut short when all power in Noosa Junction went out for about 20mins and then came back on and then failed again. It was so weird seeing the place in darkness, nice though as the stars became so clear.

This morning i hit the beach and sorted my things out for tomorrow, its an 7.30am pick up and i dont want to try and sort it tomorrow. It was very weird going shopping for high energy food though and meals which can be cooked on a little stove, it was like being at home but i couldnt find what i wanted, so ive just had to be creative! Talking of creative...ive also made my Mother Day card and Dave's birthday card, but Dave you'll have to wait until Gaz gets home coz hes posting yours. Im really looking forward to this canoe trip tomorrow and getting back out doing exciting thing, its all good this travelling thing but i do find myself getting bored and trying to entertain myself it helps when i know what im doing, like to be organised and all that.
